Les Peach

Les Peach Didgeridoos are didgeridoos crafted by hand from the authentic Eucalypt timbers of the Northern Territory of Australia. All didgeridoos are of musical instrument grade and are made with professionals and keen amateurs in mind who are looking for that special, pure and clean sound. The didgeridoos are sealed inside and out and are highly finished with a durable and protective coating without detracting from the quality of sound of the timber.

They carry the Les Peach Didgeridoo logo and a unique serial number, are tuned to their natural key and are finetuned to be on key. The timber itself is sourced from the Northern territory and is fully dried and seasoned before it is worked on. This gives the sound and resonance its full quality from the outset and also ensures that the wood has fully settled which, coupled with the high quality coating, minimises any risk of splits or cracks occurring.

In fact, by following a few simple rules in the care of your Les Peach Didgeridoo there is no reason why it should not last many lifetimes and Les Peach will personally guarantee his work to this extent.

Les Peach started making didgeridoos when he moved to the Northern Territory in 2004. His initial goal was to make quality instruments for his own pleasure and collection but later, after having learnt trade under the guidance of master craftsmen Bob Druett, Les decided to give up his normal occupation and make didgeridoos full time thus allowing his high quality didgeridoos to become available for others to own and experience, too.

Les Peach has a background in engineering where a high standard of application and work ethic is necessary to be successful. This coupled with his obsessive nature, perfectionism and attention to detail has brought the standard of his didgeridoos a cut above. Les Peach moved his workshop to New South Wales in 2012 where he has a stock of timber from the Northern Territory to work with and often returns back North to source more raw logs when supplies get low.
